Gentlemen: On June 12th, I reported spotty air conditioning circulation coverage at the above rental unit and reported it to your local office for repair. Brown Air Conditioning was called on to handle the problem. Brown made an ispection and discovered the problem and reported back to American Home Shield for approval to continue. They came out on the14th and repaired the unit.I received a feedback from my tenant. They said that the servicemen assigned to the job were very experienced, efficient, and extremely courteous. Brown got right to work and had the job done in as short of time as possible. I want to thank you for having such a great contractor on your contractor list. The quality of service on this job was outstanding.

I also wanted you to know that every year I have to make several service calls for the A/C unit and every time they come out it's always the same recurring problem. I have had several A/C companies look at my system in the past, but this was the first time that Brown A/C was called. Your technician Zach did a great job in finally determining what the actual problem was and now my A/C is running great.
I think I am in love! Today I met someone,I'm talking about Brown Air Conditioning. The way we metwas through my home warranty company and a very uncomfortable circumstance. My A/C failed in the month of May and in Houston, no less. I had another company come out first but their quote for repair was $6300.00. The relationship was in jeopardy! Then, I remembered my home warranty. They recommended "Brown" at first, I was skeptical to call a second company but what a difference in the quote and service was restored immediately. The quote without warranty was $300.00 but with my warranty it was just the cost of a service call, $60.00. Brown I think we have a future!!!
I just want to personally express my sincere appreciation for a great job that Steve has done. He checked both A/C units thoroughly and showed me the dirty and leak areas. We are planning to replace our downstairs A/C unit, but need a total install cost estimate. Grace & peace be with you,
They went above and beyond to help me. American home shield was sending another company to diagnose my AC problem, which would take 5 days. AHS would NOT try and find another company which I still don't understand. I called Brown on my own, explained my situation, and without me asking them to do anything, they took it upon themselves to get me set up with AHS. They came out the next day. Sabrina was very knowledgeable and helpful as well.
I gotta say brown ac really came through Matt and zach arrived at my house with a comfortable greeting very polite and courteous I've had several other a.c companies out before and they could not help me ,my unit made this extremely loud annoying noise ,diligently Matt performed his service in minutes Matt had solved the issue it was as simple as three bolts

A Texan's worst nightmare is losing A/C during the summer, and thank goodness Brown was able to come out the next day. Their staff was polite and even though I had to buy a new unit, they presented me with different options so I didn't feel pressured into whatever they thought was best. They also recommended doing checkups yearly so I can find and fix problems before the A/C goes out.
Thank you Brown for helping out my family so we didn't have to suffer through any more days in the heat!

I recently had an issue with my main A/C pan filling up and never draining correctly. After using another service and having them come out on three separate occasions to blow out my lines, I was told that my coil needed to be replaced at a cost of $1800. While almost making the horrible mistake of having this done, I decided to have Brown A/C come out and check the problem. After having their technician come out and properly blow out my main and secondary line, the problem is now fixed and at a cost of $104. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am to have someone that called me back, showed up on time and provided excellent service. Actually the technician that came to my house (Cole) was a great young man and understood what customer service meant. I will refer you over and over
again and continue to have you come out and maintenance my units and when that day comes where they need to be replaced, will not hesitate to use you for that as well.

Brown A/C and Heating was called through my home warranty company to repair my heating, which had been out for more than a week. One of the technicians came out and was so professional. He called my home warranty company, explained the situation and got the approval for the parts and labor needed to complete repair. He was so efficient with code, regulation and everything. He diagnosed the problem. I had to get other work done prior to him proceeding. He tried to work it out without me spending more money, but due to some other regulations, that could not be accomplished. He was so courteous, caring and was really concerned about my safety and need for heat. He returned a couple of times and completed the work and now, I have heat. HALLELUJAH! He was so good and efficient. I recommend this company to all in the Houston Metropolitan Area. Great staff and knowledgeable and not just telling you something to gouge cash out of the customer. I admit, I was very skeptical, due to other companies I have dealt with over the years. Brown has changed my mind. GO BROWN A/C ad HEATING! Keep on keeping us (customers) first and caring. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
